Recipe à la Cathy: Baked Veggies

Today I want to share a recipe with you I came up with by myself. Lots of people had been asking me for a recipe and I decided that I’d like to share it with you.
What you need:
The ingredients I use change almost every time I make this recipe for dinner. But the ingredients I’ve listed down here are usually always the same:
2 sweet potatoes
3 small onions
2 garlic toes
half of broccoli
Cut the sweet potatoes, onions, broccoli, carrots and beans in little pieces and put with the unwrapped garlic toes into a pot. Heat your heater with upper and lover heat to 200°C. Put some olive oil on the veggies and season them with some paprika, pepper and salt. Fill the pot with about two centimeters of water at the bottom and put it into the oven.
Every seven or eight minutes I have a look at it again and stir the veggies. The pot stays in the oven for about 30 to 40 minutes.
When it is finished I take the pot out of the oven and put some agave syrup on it (it really doesn’t need that much) with some chopped feta cheese. I hope you enjoy this recipe and bon appetit!
